Q, when uploading the program from USB the shape shown in the controller is changed. The shape is not what we have programmed in the nesting software.

A, The problem is caused by the AUTO CAD version.  Save DXF or DWG format in AutoCAD as the basic version. That is if you are using 2012 or above version of AUTO CAD save the file as 2000 DXF or 2000 DWG.
