Q:Unsuccessful ignition

A:1. The power supply of the CNC and plasma power source is abnormal.
2. The distance between the torch and job is too long. Standard distance is 1mm~1.3mm.
3. The grounding cable of the plasma power source is not connected to the job.
4. Lack of Air pressure.
5. There is a failure with the relay inside the electrical box.
6. Consumable worn out.
