Hi,

Can you please provide advice on the following.

When cutting slots, Steeltailer Dragon III attempts to cut small circle at the end of the second radius tangent to the following line. This leads to small tags in each part and serrated edges following the cuts.

This error also occurs on different shapes, where there are radius cuts that become straight lines. It is always at the end of the radius.

Error does not repeat and seems to depend on placement of part in the nest.

There is no issue with the code and any simulation does not repeat the error.

The small circles also occur during test mode.

Hi,

Are you using fastcam software or any other nesting software.Could you please send us the DXF file and NC program to check. This issue is coming for library shapes also from the controller?

The Circles are added only to the Lead in and lead out or the machine is adding the small circles at different points.

If using the fastcam CAD compress function, usually this kind of issue comes when the DXF file is a converted file from any other formats. Send us the DXF file so we could analyse the issue better.
